Dear Kathleen;

Yes! Tapping is very real and does work. Associating mental thought

with tapping on nerve endings does change the way you react and associate things

mentally. you can actually Change the Meridian flow and clear Chakra blockages.

Science has proven this through Kirlian photography. I have give it to my

patients to use it along with my Hypnotherapy and NLP practice after they get

home and whenever needed.

Blessings,

any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is

Is TAPPING beneficial???

Has anyone tried TAPPING? It sounds kind of 'far out' but it could

be real I guess.

Kathleen,

" Tapping " , also known as Emotional Freedom Technique, has become one

of the passions of my life. Yes, it works! The website is full of

testimonials, and I have seen a few in my own life. From removing the

pain of a wasp sting on a 7-year old, to relieving the anxiety and

discomfort of my friend with Parkinson's disease, to helping another

friend overcome a life-long fear of heights. I am no expert, just a

rank amateur. EFT continues to amaze me.

If you want easy instructions there is a powerpoint presentation in

the files of the group.

The website is here.

I am not sure if links are allowed here, but if you google tapping

there is a very helpful website. I did watch a few of the videos and

tried it a little. I seem calmer. Thanks for posting about it, I would

not have known about it otherwise.

I have been to a number of workshops on the Tappist method as well as EDMR, Eye

Desensitization Movement and Reprocessing. A PhD clinical psychologist in my

area does both therapies and gives workshops as well. She has reported great

success especially with those dealing with post trauma. The theory is that as

we get older it is more difficult to build new neuronal pathways to help us deal

with trauma and stress, and by pass the older pathways that formed as a result.

Each method supposedly stimulates the brain to make new pathways. Both are part

of Emotional Freedom Techniques. I know of a few people who said it worked. It

is worth a try as it can be done on your own for free without drugs or needles.
