Guest guest
Many things can be causing this! I have been dealing with my daughter's eczema for a year now and we have not been able to pinpoint the cause, but we are working with a classical homeopath to try and eliminate the itching and rashes. Firstly, foods may be the cause, most often cow's milk and cow's milk products, wheat gluten is another big offender. Also environmental allergens could be the cause. your detergent, soaps, lotions, chemicals in the air, your water etc. Try switching to all natural soaps such as Dr. Bronner's brand and using only natural products on your skin, such as coconut oil as a moisturizer. Get water filtration in your home if you do not have that already; something to remove chlorine such as Aquasana brand filters (for bath and drinking) Also try doing a gentle liver cleanse with dandelion and burdock roots made into a tea several times per day. Regular baths with sea salts and Epsom salts and a nice clay may help draw impurities out of the skin and oatmeal baths help with itch. Just grind some oats in your blender or coffee grinder and put them into a cotton sock and tie closed; place the sock under the hot water faucet and squeeze into bath using the cotton sock as a wash cloth on irritated areas. Guest guest
Here is the remedy I would recommend for this immediately and for 1 mo. 1. draw a hot bath at nite; add 1/2 cup of common Salt; soak for 1/2 hr 2. after bath; rinse with cool water; dry skin completey with towel; 3. also add Epsom's Salts and or one tspn. mineral oil or lavendar oil to the bath water; the whole key is to stop whatever is causing itching itching can be: DRY SKIN; HARSH SOAPS; SYNTHETIC CHEMICAL SHAMPOOS; certain bacteria can itch; small mites can cause intense itching; these are called Scabies; you can ask for lotion for the scabies or you can use Pine Tar Oil Soap Bar; let dry; on skin; rinse cool water; Take shower; lather soap; let soap dry; rinse off with cool water; Just taking a cool shower or warm bath will relieve itching; then take a. Vitamin C tablets daily and / or b. Vitamin B3 Niacin pills or vitamin b complex tablets; wash hair frequently with conditioner; DO NOT USE ANY HARSH SOAPS; ESP. do not use dandruff shampoos; or the soap known as Irish Spring; this is pure degetergent; a chemical; KEY WORDS; hot showers;mineral oil;Epsom's Salt;Calamine Lotion;Kwell You can take a cotton ball; put witch haz , smit <smit197 wrote: > > > > > > What can be reason for terrible itching and leaving red mark _ sores . > > > > >
Guest guest
My liver likes to be respected, and the main way it lets me know when it is not happy is making me itch. When that happens I also get red streaks if I scratch. A few days of virtuous living, some herbal teas or Dandelion tincture and some extra enzymes take care of it. The bottom line is: address this both from the outside and from the inside. Good luck! Guest guest
I know at one time I was given a blood allergy test, not one used by modern day docs, but an alternative doctor. This was a human bloodprint test, from a company called Immuno Laboratories - and gives very detailed allergy triggers. One of my allergies was eggs. I wasn't a big egg eater, just a few a week - but began to notice that when I ate them, I would begin to itch severely!! Years later, I noticed my babies breaking out in eczema patches (which I would assume itch) when my intake of hydrogenated oils increase. Now, in myself, I itch terribly when I have anything with red or yellow food coloring. Last pregnancy, I became extrememly sensitive to aspirin and salicylates/ tartrazines (you can google these). The docs had me on daily aspirin to thin a blood clotting condition they 'think' I might have - and I have had a miscarriage. This 3rd time on them for 20 weeks was too much and my body went crazy. Not only did I itch, but my tongue would tingle, lips would tingle and go numb - it was scary. Once I cut out hydrogenated oils, this helped tremendously. But now, for instance - last week I had some red jello - I was itching like crazy within 15 minutes. I've learned to pay attention to what I've just eaten, after symptoms begin, and not always - but most of the time can tell what the trigger is.
