I would like to share a couple of recipes that I use when preparing green tea, specifically Matcha Green Tea. Quick & Healthy * 1/8-1/4 tsp. of Matcha Green Tea powder in a 16 oz water bottle with cold water. * Shake well until dissolved. Cold Matcha Frappe * 3 ice cubes * 1/4 cup coconut milk * 3/4 cup water * 1 tb. raw honey or stevia * 1/8- 1/2 tsp. Matcha Green Tea powder * Blend and enjoy! Matcha Chocolate * Add 2 teaspoons of Matcha Green Tea powder to every 100 grams of white chocolate I would advise you use Royal Matcha Green Tea for best results: http://products.mercola.com/green%2Dtea/ There ya go!
