Guest guest
I have a friend who is alot of pain with Adhesions. Has anyone here tried any alternatives to help with this condition. Next step is surgery for her, but research on the internet tells me that this can make it worse. At the moment she is trying Apple Cider Vinegar which has really helped alot but she still is alot a pain. We are now going to try Turmeric. But any other advise would be great! Guest guest
Would massage help loosen adhesions? I was thinking it does, but I'm not positive at the moment. Perhaps ask a really well qualified massage therapist what he/she thinks or even try to ask around and see if any have had experience doing this. Hope your friend gets relief soon. I, too, would put off surgery. It seems to me that so many times, people feel worse plus have more problems to contend with after going that route. Guest guest
Hello, I'm new here and happy to jump in and help on this. This is similar to an internal scar tissue, which homeopathic medicine has been known to dissolve and correct.
