Guest guest
I read something recently about a company that was going to have to shut down because their equipment kept failing. Further studies found that railroad tracks were causing vibrations that caused the failure. They built a water mote around the plant which absorbed the vibrations. I also read recently that the noise can cause sleep distrubances even when we think we've become used to it. Jeana
Guest guest
I already mentioned to the orig. poster; Vitamin B12 may help this; also wanted to mention; for " shooting pains up the back of the legs; upon lying down can be a sign of Riboflavin Vit. B2 as can burning feet. Sensitvity to noise can be a Riboflavin Vitamin B2 Deficieny also; anna I would do a B-complex with a single B12 and single B2 added daily; imo , Jeana <jeanawalz wrote: > > I read something recently about a company that was going to have to shut down because their equipment kept failing. Guest guest
Hallo jeana, I have been trying a Vitamin B Complex for around 5 days and I do sleep better. I can not say that I do not feel the vibration but somehow I am less sensitive. It is very probable that I have a shortcome from vitamin B because I was suffering from hemorraghes for many years. Eventually I had to get operated one year ago. Thank you, Sadyiah , " Anne " <annroc2004 wrote: > > I already mentioned to the orig. poster; Vitamin B12 may help this; > also wanted to mention; for " shooting pains up the back of the legs; > upon lying down can be a sign of Riboflavin Vit. Guest guest
Wonderful news ! here is the key: Keep on taking the Vitamin B- Complex even if you feel like the vibrations are going away; clearly the Vitamin B complex is reducing your sensitivity to noise; I would recommend you also try a Vitamin C supplement if not already using; A. , " sadyiahmolina " <sadyiahmolina wrote: > > Hallo jeana, > > I have been trying a Vitamin B Complex for around 5 days and I do > sleep better.
