By this I mean; Royal Jelly is one of the most nutritous foods on earth; so instead of looking at Royal Jelly as a way to boost enegy look upon Royal Jelly as " a high nutrient source; like a natural vitmain pill which has every known nutrient; is nutrient dense; The Propolis would not compare to the Royal Jelly ; what you could do is: Buy Bee Pollen capsules also; and if you take 2 Royal Jelly a day; take one Royal Jelly and one Bee Pollen instead Bee Pollen is like an extender of Royal Jelly which is expensive so no you are not wasting your money; and you can add Bee Pollen which is much cheaper; and use the Royal Jelly less often Health Hint: Royal Jelly has " Intrinsic Factor uptakes Vit.
