It's very expensive, $17 for 11 oz. We've been taking it for overall health and energy. I've heard that propolis is better, but it's not readily available at my vitamin store in a honey form, only low dose capsules. Is Royal Jelly a valuable daily supplement, or are we wasting our money? Some days I feel like I have more energy from it, and other days I feel no difference. Thanks in advance for any advice. Guest guest
Hi Jean, I know how you feel when you say some days you notice a difference and others you wonder if you are wasting money. I am not very familiar with Royal Jelly, but do believe in supplementing and prevention. I have always taken herbs, minerals, and vitamins, and never really noticed a huge difference. I just took them because I knew they were suppose to be good for me. Well, I was introduced to a company a little over two years ago, that has great nutrition products, and started taking them and noticing that something was different. I started sharing these products with others and also sharing the business opportunity. Take a look at this company, and maybe this will be an answer to a need. www.yourfreedom2day.com There is a login and a pass code required at the bottom of page.
