Hi all, I was wondering if anyone's heard of using apple cider vinegar

for allergies, asthma and detoxing? If anyone knows of this remedy,

do you have to use raw ACV or can I just use over the counter ACV?

Thanks, Genevive

I've read about loads of benefits that come from drinking ACV. I usually make a

tea out of it and throw in some black strap molasses. I am pretty regular, my

skin tone has improved as a result. As far as over the counter no...You need to

get the kind with the " mother " in it. Sounds weird right?

There is a lot of information about apple cider vinegar on alternative answers.

daily. Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar.

Great! Hi Mark. Welcome. I am happy to report that my mystery rash seems to

be subsiding. I'm not sure what is doing it as I am using several approaches

at once. The insane itch is gone. I realize some of my methods may freak

people out but it's working for me. I pour peroxide on the lesions then

rinse with cold water. Then I apply silver gel and sheer bandaids. Around

the surrounding skin I use mela gel ( tea tree oil) and scar therapy. I also

am on Keflex and Prednisone from the doctor ( weaning off now). I have

suspected spider bite to poison ivy to an allergic reaction/systemic

infection to Morgellons. I'm glad it seems to be under control now. Now, who

has the cure for macular degeneration?h

The lymphatic system is part of the body's immune system, so use

products that support the immune system - plant-based enzymes,

probiotics, trace minerals, plant-based antioxidants. Exercise is

very important - rebounding is great - but don't get a cheapie one

like walmart sells - they are hard on your joints. Get a good one,

probably around $200 or so.

I've found some references to chaparral for lymph cleanse, but if you

have any question about your liver function, I sure wouldn't recommend

it. I took some, and then stupidly (as I seem to do these things)

drank a couple of beers soon after, and had some distinct discomfort

in the liver area. I used to drink quite a bit...

As far as I remember, some of the places talking about chaparral made

no mention of liver problems. Then soon after that, I saw a whole line

of supplements in a health food store that had chaparral as the major

ingredient, with no mention of liver.

Other than that, I haven't had much luck finding anything to help

lymph flow, so I would certainly be interested in anything you find.
