Guest guest
What's a good herb or other product to use when you're trying to flush out your lymphatic system? I've had massages that were supposed to help the lymphatic system and I know people say to use a rebounder but what about supplements intended to help the lymphatic system? Which do you recommend? - Anna
Guest guest
The lymphatic system is part of the body's immune system, so use products that support the immune system - plant-based enzymes, probiotics, trace minerals, plant-based antioxidants. Exercise is very important - rebounding is great - but don't get a cheapie one like walmart sells - they are hard on your joints. Get a good one, probably around $200 or so. Carol , " Anna L. Guest guest
I've found some references to chaparral for lymph cleanse, but if you have any question about your liver function, I sure wouldn't recommend it. I took some, and then stupidly (as I seem to do these things) drank a couple of beers soon after, and had some distinct discomfort in the liver area. I used to drink quite a bit... As far as I remember, some of the places talking about chaparral made no mention of liver problems. Then soon after that, I saw a whole line of supplements in a health food store that had chaparral as the major ingredient, with no mention of liver. Other than that, I haven't had much luck finding anything to help lymph flow, so I would certainly be interested in anything you find. Joy , " Anna L. Guest guest
Once upon a time, that company that sold Calorad sold a product called EMULGENT with Emu oil and minerals which cleansed the lympahtic system and, wow, that really worked but I have no idea what the ingredient in EMULGENT was that worked. Anyone have any idea? I know it wasn't the emu oil because I've tried that and it didn't flush out my lymphatic system the way the EMULGENT did. - Anna

One of the best " things to take " for flushing the lymphatic system is a daily walk. Together with drinking enough water. We are not talking marathons here, even a 20 min stroll around the block will have an effect. Remember your lymphatic system does not have a pump, like the blood does. It depends on muscles to get moving! Herb-wise, CLEAVERS is an excellent lymphatic cleanser. Good luck on your path!
