The American Dietetic Association (ADA) is moving state-by-state with

legislation to exclude most everyone except registered dietitians

from giving nutritional advice. They've now moved onto New Jersey.

The ADA has a habit of going against health professionals who are not

registered dietitians. In 1996, they sued 795 people, but when they

went after Dr. Pamela Popper, a non-ADA member with two PhDs, Popper

fought back and we can too!

Nutritionists and registered dietitians are highly qualified, but

there are thousands of other highly qualified health professionals.

Including Holistic Health Counselors.

ACT NOW! Please call the bill's sponsors now. It will only take a

minute. Say you oppose Senate, No. 1941 and explain why.

1. Select your municipality, then find you representatives.

2. Select all of them and then tell them what you think about this

law.

mportant: Please note this bill is not called " Act 1941. " When you

call make sure you state either Senate, No. 1941 bill or Assembly
