Guest guest
Looks like this ill feeling and the upper-abdominal bloating might be from my pancreas being overloaded sometimes. Maybe related to those apparent gall-bladder issues that came back a little bit when I started eating more junk food. All the bloating and illness goes away when I go for a week or two not eating much. Yeah, I know, that's the cure... For -- sheesh -- maybe a couple years now, after I eat just way too much for 2-3 days, I get very ill, sick headache, tender puffy area below ribs. It goes away after a day or two. Just now read about pale or clay-colored stools going along with acute pancreatitis. Have noticed that before, but didn't keep track of when it happened. This time, it seems to be a little worse. Either I'm doing more- permanent damage, or as one website said, exposure to certain chemicals can bring it on. Couple days ago, I cleaned some car parts with spray stinky chemical cleaners. Outside, but I still inhaled some. Anybody have stories / remedies / etc.? Joy
Guest guest
Have you thought about being tested for food allergies & Celiac disease? I went through 2 years of severe abdominal bloat & feeling very sick. After testing I found out I have a sensitivity to wheat & fructose. I'm also allergic to eggs, cows milk & almonds. Once I eliminated those foods from my diet I felt MUCH better. You can try starting with a food diary but for best results get tested. Good luck.
