Guest guest
I have badly inflamed gums in the back of my mouth. I used tea tree oil (1:4, tea tree oil and water) on the gums, which gave me some relief. A few days ago I thought that it got much better, but now I noticed that there is more inflammation. I am taking golden seal now. The pain is not too bad... I would rather not go to the dentist. Living on a small island, I have to fly to my holistic dentist... Does anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate any comment. This group has helped me quite a few times before... Thank you, Ingrid
Guest guest
Gargle with water and a teaspoon of salt several times a day. When you brush your teeth, use baking soda (a little on your brush) and uses hydrogen peroxide (diluted) from the local drug store. Works beautifully!!!! Let us know how it goes. Guest guest
Try white oak bark powder, apply at bedtime and make sure to rinse your tongue before going to bed. We bought ours at a health food store in capsules and just open them and apply on gums. Do research to learn more about white oak bark powder. Get well soon.
