Hi all this may have been cover already but I'm tired of taking

advair,I'm tired of buying it,is there truly a natural way to help me

with my asthma.

When I had asthma, I tried every kind of natural remedy I heard of,

and nothing worked 'til I took a bunch of magnesium. This was the

cheap stuff at Walmart, even. Eight pills had me hyperventilating, it

was so easy to breathe, less than an hour after I had been struggling

for breath. It always worked.

 

The disappearance of my asthma symptoms may also have had to do with

getting my bowels cleaned out. Coffee enemas always seemed to help

quite a bit, and then I started taking psyllium fiber every day.

Middle age had stopped everything up...

 

My brother had severe asthma for years starting about 30 (seems to

happen that way in my family), and was severely constipated for years.

When he finally went to the doctor and found out his bleeding was

caused by an internal hemorrhoid, he finally started taking fiber.

Now, a few months later, his asthma is GONE.

It is not to be used as a replacement for medical assistance, but it is

handy to know just in case you need it one day.

 

It is best not to consume dairy products and to keep away from foods

and drinks with Sulphur Dioxide as both can bring on Asthma. You will

have to look carefully for Sulphur Dioxide as they put it in nearly

everything! Look for numbers 201 202 etc...
