Natural Remedy:

a. Brew a big pot of regualr Lipton Tea; use 2 or 3 tea bags; steep for

1/2 hour; remove tea bags

b. Fill a plastic tub up with hot water; then add the cool steeped Tea

to the hot water;

c. Put your feet in the tub of water and tea and keep your feet in the

tub for about 15 minutes; do this 2 or 3 x's per week

then take a Vitamin B-Complex daily; w/ tablespoon Olive Oil /salads;

Maybe try pau d'arco (should be available at any health food store).

Supposed to be anti-fungal, good for athlete's foot.
