Guest guest
I read somewhere that Castor Oil is toxic to humans and that ingesting it causes bowel movements because the body is trying to rid itself of the toxins. Does anyone know anything about this? - Anna , " pjb12345uk " <pho wrote: > > The most common way to use castor oil (and most objectionable, I might > add) has been to take it orally. Guest guest
It entirely depends on dose. People have been using Castor Oil for detoxification since centuries. You can use two to four teaspoons of it on a holiday, as the removal of toxins by taking this is through bowls. Try not to take more than this dose and not more than once a month, please --- On Tue, 7/29/08, Anna L. Juarez <aljuarez wrote: Anna L. Guest guest
By far the most effective use of castor oil is in a poultice, this is probably one of the highest forms of medicine available. I do them in my office (primarily for friends, but sometimes for patients if i feel they will truly benefit from them), and everyone loves them. If you go to the A.R.E website you can find quite a bit of information.
