Since you state you are not overweight, this is possibly the situation you are facing. Try using free weights three times a week, starting out with 5lb weights and two repetitions of 20 bicep curls. You can do the same for the tricepts. Gradually move up to 10 lb weights and 3 repetitions of 30. You should see the results you are seeking. Cynthia, Smit wrote: How to reduce fat from upper arm..
