Guest guest
Hi. If the problem is hormonal, I don't know if this will help. However, I had horrible insomnia for quite some time. I had difficulty falling asleep and then wouldn't remain asleep for more than 30 minutes to an hour before waking up again and feeling wide awake. I tried the TV watching, too, to try to fall back asleep. Anyway, I began drinking a cup of chamomile and mint tea every other night and it has worked. I don't drink the tea quickly; rather, I sip on it slowly. Once in a while I wake up for a few moments but, for the most part, I sleep through the night (which is about six hours of sleep for me). Anyway, just a suggestion. Good luck.
