Meaure out one tablespoon of RED CLOVER BLOLSSOMS INTO A TEA POT

 

Make a good hot tea; letting the tea steep unitl cool; THEN DRINK

ATLEAST THREE CUPS OF THE RED CLOVER BLOSSOM TEA for atleast 3 months

each day; DO NOT DRINK LESS THAN 3 CUPS A DAY; drink as many cups as

u want; and observing a good diet with No beef; fish poultry Eggs ok
