Guest guest
I have been off high blood pressure meds now for 2 years. Before I weaned off them, my blood pressure was at the highest 200/110, and I was a nurse and knew I was in for some horrific problems if I did not do anything. I went from one medication to another, and went to Mayo, and they stabilized medication and found a doctor who helped me wean off of it when I was ready. This is what I do and it has worked for me. This morning my blood pressure was 106/67, and you can't get better than that, and pulse is 68. I take all Dr. Christopher's Products, but I am sure there are others out there. I take them for 6 days, take one day of rest and then continue for another 6 days, etc. Hawthorne Berry Syrup, 1/2 teapsoon 3 x a day Blood Circulation Formula tincture( 15 drops 3 x a day) Cayenne Tincture ( 1 teaspoon 3 x a day). I started at 1/8 of a teaspoon and built myself up to 1 tsp. I take in juice, as it is rough to go down . I knew the above was only a band-aid, and I knew I had to get to the cause of it. Knew my kidneys were ok, and my heart tested ok, so I narrowed it to I had massive amts. of stress on me, and it just never seem to lift, so I worked on that, and ate a very healthy diet, no red meat, no eggs, no cokes, salt, etc. I eat grains, seeds, nuts, fruits, vegetables and chicken, turkey and fish . I eat no preserved foods as they are loaded with salt. I am very happy with my condition at this point, as when I had the high blood pressure, I would get a warning of a severe pain in back of neck and a headache that would last and last. Both situations would not subside until blood pressure came back to normal and when I was on meds that could be a week or so. I hope you find something to help you and remember, you need to find the cause also , not just treat the symptoms. If I can be of any help, please ask. DM **************Gas prices getting you down?
