Guest guest
Has anyone heard of the herb Fenugreek improving the flow of breast > milk? I am a new mother of one week and wanting to breast feed and I > need to improve the flow of my milk and someone suggested fenugreek. > > Thanks, > Deanna Deanna, There are many herbs that can help increase milk suppy. Among them are raspberry leaf, fenugrek seed, fennel, anise seed, and alfalfa leaf. You can make a tea from these herbs and steep for 30 minutes to one hour, then sip 3- 4 cups per day. Use one teaspoon of herbs per 8 oz. boiling water. I make organic herbal teas for a living and would be glad to help you further if you need any assistance. ) Connie Connie Young, LMT www.LostRiverNaturals.com 15% off entire line www.RiverRoomMassage.com (843)-437-3553 $35 massage through summer
