Has anyone heard of the herb Fenugreek improving the flow of breast

There are many herbs that can help increase milk suppy.  Among them are

raspberry leaf, fenugrek seed, fennel, anise seed, and alfalfa leaf.  You can

make a tea from these herbs and steep for 30 minutes to one hour, then sip 3- 4

cups per day.  Use one teaspoon of herbs per 8 oz. boiling water.  I make

organic herbal teas for a living and would be glad to help you further if you

I took some fenugreek in capsule form with I was nursing to increase my

milk. It worked well. Other herbs to increase milk flow are Blessed

Thistle, Alfalfa and Marshmellow.
