Hello, friends. Can anyone recommend products to help keep one's blood

pressure in the normal range? Despite being on prescription medications for

high blood pressure, I consistently maintain a high blood pressure.... just

as, despite doing regular cardio exercise, I have a fast resting pulse rate.

I'm not terribly worried, my paternal grandfather suffered both problems and

made it to age 96, remaining fairly active and completely mentally sound to

the end, but I can't help wondering if I'm deficient in something.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,

you may be deficient in B12 vitamin, and if you have pernicious anaemia this can

cause your problems.  MAY BE worth checking this out.

I'm no doctor.....but I had the same experience while on a

perscription drug. I found the source of ALOT of my health problems

(liver, thyroid, hormone, joint pain, memory, headaches, high blood

pressure) being attributable to that drug. Perhaps a search on the

side effects or contraindications of the drug you are on would prove

worthwhile...

for example...my cholesterol went through the roof because the drug I

was on beat the tar out of my liver (which I'm still trying to

strengthen)..good luck to you

Hi.This is my first time here. I had high blood pressure and did

research. What I found worked was several cups of hibiscus tea daily

and the homeopathic remedy Baryta Muriatica 30C, 3x day. Within 3

weeks my blood pressure dropped from 168/95 to 117/78. It has

remained normal for several months now.

There are many things that you can do to lower your blood pressure - from good

nutrition and avoid constipation to proper exercise and relaxation plus some

herbs.

Among all them, to eat 3 raw garlic cloves with your meals every day, makes

wonders.

I'm talking exactly about fresh raw garlic and not garlic oil, or cook garlic,

or garlic powder.

When you start eating the 3 raw garlic cloves per day, check your pressure

because It will go low and you soon will stop taking the drug.

I have ordered from _www.alwaysyoungplus.com_

(http://www.alwaysyoungplus.com) but you can check other ayurvedic sources

from the internet just write

the name. Also instructions are on the bottle 2 tablets twice a day. I think

you will take it as long as you have high blood pressure problem.

After working with my naturopath for 2 years - with limited degrees of success

at

controlling my hypertension - my naturopath suggested I have a blood-antigen

analysis

to see if I had either intolerances or allergies to what I regularly include in

my diet. I did

so and was surprised at the number of both intolerances and allergies. Having

removed

all of them from my diet and having been on a 4-day rotation diet for 6 months

now, my

hypertension has resolved. Perhaps this might be helpful for some of you.

Best of luck,

Hi. I didn't see this response. You make Hibiscus tea the same way

as other tea. You can put a spoonful of the hibiscus flowers to steep

in a cup of boiled water and let it sit for 20 minutes OR Place 5

spoonfuls in a bowl and pour about 5 cups of boiled water over it, let

it steep for 1/2 hour or so. Strain into a juice container and

refrigerate. (You can also add a bit of water at this point to fill

the container.) This focuses more on the diastolic (lower)number. To

bring the higher number down pretty fast, I took Baryta Muriatica 30C

(homeopathic) 3 x a day for two weeks. This was suggested by a friend

is who is a homeopath. My regular doctor was amazed. When taking

homoepathic remedies, try to avoid mint, and do not eat or drink 20-30

minutes before and after taking the remedy, as it is sensitive. You

can have water, though. Good luck to your sister. Telema

Check out the Circulatory Support from Doctor Greens (www.doctorgreens.com

<http://www.doctorgreens.com/> ) - it is all natural, costs significantly

less than any of the blood pressure medicines and is proving to be the best

alternative option on the market. Check the blogs etc. on their web site and

read more about it.I think you'll find it very helpful.
