Went through horrific withdrawals from Effexor XR 12 weeks ago.  Am getting up

at 4:30 every day now...just heard on radio program that this " chemical

imbalance " was just a re-framing thing from big pharma to sell their

antidepressants and stuff like you and I were on.  I bought it hook, line and

sinker for the past 20 years.  I don't EVEN take aspirin... or anything else!

But I took my antidepressants faithfully every day until they stopped working!

Then the switch to Effexor which could have cost me my life!  I'm so mad that I

am now seeing that all this was ....was drug companies making money off of me.

But it did help too...and I put it in my mouth every morning.  I feel like a

" fast one " was pulled on me.  For sleep...I'm hoping it will settle out in

time.  I feel my

body needs time to recover.  I'm going to re-assess in 6 months were I am.

Maybe chamomile tea would help.  Also, I would recommend a liver detox.  I'm

going to start some milk thistle myself...all the best to you...you're not the

only one out there trying to go off prescription drugs
