Hi Carrie, Welcome to the board!

I would like to make a suggestion to you..get the book The Autoimmune

Epidemic, you'll learn so many things about MS that no one is willing

to tell you. I happen to be one that believes you can heal the body

back to balance. I have a very dear friend with MS and she is making

great strides in healing her body as well. I have Hashimoto's (

autoimmuneo f the endocrine system, dealing mostly with the thyroid).

It's all about mind set...who you choose to believe...and what you're

willing to do and for how long, to bring the body back into balance.

That's all a dis-ease is, a body out of balance. YOGA is great for

MS..and I was wondering how much protein are you getting of a day? IF

you are trying to work out at the gym, but aren't getting enough

protein in your diet, you will end up feeling tired. :-)

Good luck to you...I'm open to discussion and questions. :-)

Thanks for your kind words. I do get enough protein, even do shake in addition

to the meat ,peanut butter etc. The fatigue is part of MS, a part I havent

quite regulated yet. I am still new to this thing, but am managing pretty well.

I just remembered also that you want to make sure you stay away from

artificial sweeteners. Not that they're good for anyone, but I think

they can really contribute to feeling unwell if you have a challenge

like MS.
