Poison Ivy

I have used jewelweed in form of spray, salve and soap for this with

excellent results.

I mistakenly brushed up against some shrubs that contained poison Ivy

and now I have a Poison Ivy Rash on the side of my arm.

Does anyone have any helpful alternative methods to get rid of it?
