Guest guest
I recently cut two tendons in my hand immobilizing the right ring finger. They've healed up and the scar has minimized a bit. I've been in 20+ therapy sessions to regain full use of my finger/hand. I'm not on any prescriptions but am taking suppliments; arnica montana, comfrey/fenugreek, a cayenne-based tablet to lessen the inflammation. Are there any suggestions on additional methods to use for a speedy, thorough recovery? Thank you, Awujoola

Guest guest
Thank you Phill! A couple questions. Warmed castor oil, correct? Would you say the epsom salt treatment would be more like a soak? I'm hoping my local library will have the two books you mentioned. Thanks again. I'll let you know my results. --Awujoola :-) : pho: Fri, 20 Jun 2008 06:09:46 +0000 Re: Flexor Tendon Healing ---u could try castor oil pack or an epsum salt pack over the area Also two must have books on the medical side which give thetreatments, the causes and the philosophy of the healing of his work are The Encyclopaedia of Healing by Reba Ann Karp ISBN 0-446-30981-8 Thisis a condensed version of the readings giving causes and cures andsome feed back from people using the treatments -ValuableThe Edgar Cayce Handbook for Health through Drugless therapy by HughLynn Cayce Harold Reilly and Ruth Hagy Brod ISBN 0-02-601960-4 Haroldreillys 43 years of experience of working with the readings theresults he, got the treatments he gave- a very valuable bookphillIn , " harpangelrme " <afroharper wrote:>> I recently cut two tendons in my hand immobilizing the right ring > finger.
