I recently cut two tendons in my hand immobilizing the right ring

finger. They've healed up and the scar has minimized a bit. I've been

in 20+ therapy sessions to regain full use of my finger/hand. I'm not

on any prescriptions but am taking suppliments; arnica montana,

comfrey/fenugreek, a cayenne-based tablet to lessen the inflammation.

Are there any suggestions on additional methods to use for a speedy,

thorough recovery?

Thank you,

Awujoola

Thank you Phill! A couple questions. Warmed castor oil, correct? Would you say

the epsom salt treatment would be more like a soak?

I'm hoping my local library will have the two books you mentioned. Thanks again.

I'll let you know my results.
