I have heavy drainage and a nauseous feeling when I get up in the mornings.

Is there anything natural I can take or foods to avoid to help clear up this

problem? Thanks.

Neti pot! Every day, maybe even several times a day at first. That has

taken care of all my sinus problems, as well as a long-standing ear

problem (it seemed to be clogged up with thick mucus).

Oh, Judy, that sounds awful; I feel for you. Have you tried using a

neti pot? That might help safely clear that out so you can wake up and

feel wonderful.

I wrote a blog entry about trying out a neti pot - which I'm sold on

now - how to use it, etc. You can read it at (I made a tiny URL out of

it since it's a very long link):

If that link doesn't come through right, just go to my site (listed

below my name), click on Blog, then click on Archives at the bottom of

that page, then click on the March 5 entry titled *Breathe easier.*
