Guest guest
I have one really swollen finger from arthritis to the point it is almost deformed. It has become exceedingly painful and I had to do something to alleviate some of the pain so I could work, as I write most of the day, or am on computer. My diet is a good one, so I would attribute the cause to other reasons which I am working on. I tried the castor oil packs, leaving on all night and for awhile that worked well, then was not working, so thought I would try to become more aggressive and try something else. I am now using this formula with excellent success. I cut the formula down as it is one finger 2 qts. of Apple Cider Vinegar 2 oz. mullein 1/2 oz. lobelia herb powder.. Simmer for 15 minutes, strain well and add 1 teaspoon of cayenne tincture. I use this as a fomentation and keep on all night long. During Day, I use Dr. Christopher, Complete Tissue and Bone ointment. I take that off when home from work, and let the finger free until I put fomentation on at night. This has really helped me. It has taken the swelling down 75 % and the pain has really decreased. If I have time on weekend, soak the whole hand in the mixture for maybe 5 minutes or so. Hope this can help someone..
