A friend told me about raw rice and I would like to ask your opinions. & nbsp; A

handful of raw brown rice, chewed well in the morning--instead of breakfast--is

supposed to be an excellent way to get rid of parasites. & nbsp; She could not

tell me, how long one should do this.

I would appreciate any comment.

Thank you.

Brown rice is a good source for carbohydrates, source of your energy.

Whole meal pasta is an excellent complex carbohydrate which is high in

fibre and contains twice the amount of iron as normal pasta. Brown rice

is another recommended complex carbohydrate, which is high in fibre and

B vitamins. High fiber is very useful in anti aging diet.
