Guest guest
Anyone here doing the candida cleanse diet? I've been on for over 4 weeks and it's working for me. I would like to find someone else who is doing the diet to share recipes and menu ideas along with the other types of alternative therapies that are discussed in this group. Is there any recommended beginner videos for yoga (I am on such a tight budget that we can't afford chiropractic visits at this time.) I need help in healing for my lower back, neck. bowel, adrenal's, thymus. Thanks for your input. Yours, Marian symptoms, ADHD, mild chronic fatigue, mild depression. Guest guest
Hi Marion, I startd yoga with Yogi Marlon's Yoga for getting well, she also does yoga for absolut beginers, and also one for the back as well I think. I think she's really good, give it a try! I have MS and have been doing yoga for 18 months, it's helped me so much.
