Guest guest
Greetings, I'm new here, and I find it odd that the first post I read has to do with Sciatica.I also suffer with it, and earlier today I ran into an old classmate who was walking on a cane, and she told me the reason is because she's suffering from the same thing = Anyway,my doctor told me about a year ago to try Yoga, and it actually works!!..Unfortunately,I have a problem with committing to doing the exercises on a daily basis :\ So,I'm really glad to see your suggestion for BF & C,I'm definitely going to try it..I think using something like that will be easier for me to stick with Thanks for posting this!
