Burst of energy during mercury detox

I had to have an old amalgam filling removed today by a pro-amalgam

dentist. To help myself detox, I took 9 grams of chlorella before the

procedure and 3 grams of vitamin C after.

Well, sometime this afternoon I had an overwhelming sense of energy

and well-being. So much so that I was compelled to go outside and run.

Would anyone care to guess whether it was the chlorella or the vitamin

C which gave me the burst of energy? I'll be experimenting with both

to try to find out.

This is the first time I have ever taken chlorella, and I rarely take

vitamin C.

Mark, my bet is on the chlorella. You can't beat those algae for energy.

Hi Ien, I think you're right. I've pretty much ruled out the vitamin

C as I felt nothing by taking the same megadose again. I'll try the

chlorella again and will definitely be adding it to my diet. I plan

to try spirulina as well.
