There's a homeopathic eye drop that you can buy in stores like

Walmart, Walgreens, Vitamin Cottage. I use it and many other people

have liked it.

It's " Similasan Dry Eye Relief " A supplement that I take for the eyes

is Lutein. It helps prevent macular degeneration and gives some

moisture support to the eye. I also think that other supplements may

benefit such as " natural " vitamin E, and omega 3 fish oil.

Yes; Vitamin A Fish Oil such as Cod Liver Oil or Vitamin found in Dairy

such as Butter Milk Cheese Yogurt and or Egg with the Yolk for Vit. A.

Discovered in 1930 Vitamin A prevents and reduces Dry Eye;go for it !

Note; Do not buy synthetic Vitamin A; only do food or fish oils; or

increae you intake of Beta Carotene rich foods like Squash; Carrots etc.
