Guest guest
How does one distinguish an allergic reaction/inbalance form a detoxification? I Started eating better and taking Flor -Essence for " gental detox " (contains burdock root, sheep sorrel, slippery elm bark, water cress, rubarb root, kelp, blessed thistle and red clover) for 3 days. I had been taking less than half the recommended dose to start off " easy " . Now experencing intense joint pain (which I never had before) and symptoms a lot like gout (never had that either), in my big toe. I do know that rubarb has oxalic acid and oxilic acid can participate a gout type reaction. How do you guys on this list distinguish a detoxification from an inbalance or disease? Guest guest
I am just an average joe interested in alternative health. My experience has been that: 1. Detox symptoms are often symptoms that you have experienced previously. 2. Detox symptoms will get better with time, while an imbalance usually gets worse Be patient with your symptoms and you should be able to tell the difference. With natural/holistic medicine, I have found that we need to be very patient as the body naturally heals itself slowly. In general, I think society has gotten used to the quick fix, take a pill and feel better immediately. , " Valerie Mokides " <sahaji wrote: > > How does one distinguish an allergic reaction/inbalance form a > detoxification? > > > I Started eating better and taking Flor -Essence for " gental detox " > (contains burdock root, sheep sorrel, slippery elm bark, water cress, > rubarb root, kelp, blessed thistle and red clover) for 3 days.
