Guest guest
Hi everybody! I read the forum most days, and I find it very useful. My sister is 46 years old and suffers very badly from menopousal simtoms: She feels very hot, she is constantly tyred. Her pirod either comes 3 times a moths (with the correspondance pains) or none at all in 2 months... Does anyone have any alternatives solutions.... Breathing exercises, something natural that she can take? Thanks very much for your support Esmeralda Lopez

Guest guest
Hi Esmeralda, At 46, your sister is noticing the symptoms and signs of estrogen dominance. Based on what she's experiencing, she may have uterine fibroids which proliferate due to an excess of estrogens. This is very common in perimenopause. There are a lot of holistic approaches for symptom relief, but it's important to determine their cause. For example, compromised thyroid function and adrenal fatigue are very common in midlife women and both can create that " constantly tired " feeling. Be sure your sister avoids soy products. While soy (organic, fermented, NON-GMO) is great in menopause and beyond, in perimenopause it can aggravate symptoms by increasing estrogens. Soy also contributes to a sluggish thyroid, which is likely already going on. Every woman is unique. I like to know much more (health conditions, medications, other identifying symptoms) before making suggestions. Guest guest
--I am way past menopause and did try everything there was. the things that helped the most were black cohosh, evening primrose, sage in capsule form, 2 of each 4 x a day --- and Jason's wild yam creme-(which is used externally)I also took ice bags to bed and used them on my chest and neck. She can also drink sage tea with lemon and honey if she will. The sage dries up the sweat glands somewhat though sweating does cool you off, it causes chills after such intense heat. It feels like a volcano exploding in the chest and traveling upward to the head. the estrogen shots did not help at all so I quit those, they just made me gain weight. love, Cecile +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++In , " esmeralda918 " <esmeralda918 wrote: > > > Hi everybody!
