I'm 50 and just found out I have mild cataracts. Is there any foods to

help stop this and can you recommend good sunglasses? I know many of

them have 100% uva, but only 65% uvb. Thanks in advance

Yes; my friend; there are foods to help prevent this; in fact there is

actually a specific Vitamin known to prevent and or reverse Cataracts

the name of this vitamin is (must be used long term on a daily basis)

RIBOFLAVIN VITAMIN B2 @ 100 mgs. per day (or less)

Riboflavin is a member of the vitamin b complex group.

Riboflavin is found predominantly in Dairy Products; Almonds and

Brewer " s Yeast; Riboflavin B2 was discovered in Brewer's yeast in 1930.

RIBOFLAVIN B2 HAS BEEN PROVEN TO PREVENT AND OR REVERSE CATARACTS if

used on a long term basis; Riboflavin B2 is the safest Vitamin known.

Riboflavin B2 will also help prevent; itchy eyes; watery eyes; and will

help to prevent squinting in the sun; Riboflavin B2 turns urine bright

yellow; this is normal as Riboflavin is a natural yellow element. anne.-

Sunglasses will help; so do the single Riboflavin B2 or the B-Complex;A.

I suggest that you eat lots of carrots, take bilberry capsules, vitamin C with

bio flavonoids, and stop eating dairy products because the protein in milk

affects the eyes in some people.

Eye exercises are also beneficial. If you don't know about them, there are some

books that explain these exercises in detail.
