Guest guest
Hi Jean.. When we had this bug in house or for any lung or respiratory problem, I use the following formula 1 part comfrey root 1 part mullein 1 part chickweed 1 part marshmallow 1 part lobelia. I make this into a tea. I find this is exceedingly helpful in discharging mucus secretions from the bronchopulmonary passages. Suggested use: for adult. As a tea: 1 cup 2-3 x a day Capsules:2-3 gylcerin based extract: 2-3 times a day with a cup of comfrey tea. Diane M Hi everyone! I've been sick with some kind of bug, and for the last month have had a lot of mucus and congestion in my lungs. So far I've tried three herbs separately, and given each a chance to work with breaking up the mucus and releasing it, but none have given me the results I want. I tried the liquid tinctures, Mullein, Pleurisy Root and Wild Cherry Bark. Any suggestions for stubborn chest/lung congestion that wants to linger? Any thought would be apperciated. Thanks, Jean **************Need a new ride? Check out the largest site for U.S. used car listings at AOL Autos.
