Guest guest
physical ailments have always been present in my body. i've had herpes 1 and gotten cold sores since i was a very young child. i have severe scalp flaking, redness, soreness and itching that developed sometime in my teenage yrs; mild eczema patches on various parts of my body; liver, kidney and gall bladder blockage confirmed separately by an iridologist, reflexologist and ionic footbath. and for the last 9 mths or so i've been having symptoms of a UTI but all the tests come back clean. the docs say it might be IC which is newly recognized incurable bladder condition that requires years of drug therapy and they arent even sure what exactly the drug does. i've reached a point of acceptance and now try to look at things metaphorically to see what harmful emotions i can release and what lessons i can learn. i've been grounding myself and concentrating on opening the lower chakras and it's been very helpful. on the other hand, i'm tired of feeling vaguely unhealthy. i'm frustrated that my quality of life is being affected. i want to be healthy and vibrant. i've tried a strict natural diet, though to be honest i couldn't do it for more than two weeks. i am physically active and get plenty of rest, i drink lots of water, i have a clear purpose and meaning in my life, and feel i'm doing pretty well for myself, except for these sort of vague and misunderstood health issues w/ no clear cause or solution. does anyone have a suggestion as to a product i can use that will help w/ these various issues? something that addresses them all would be convenient. or perhaps a guided meditation. anything really? thanks in advance, chas
Guest guest
hello chas, i have also undergone a group of similar type health problems. the only way i have gained totally is by deep breathing or 'pranayams, such as 'kapal bhati and ;anulom vilom' these two are very important for total recovery of body and mind health and you will feel happy. but each type of deep breathing, you will have to do every day early morniing, empty stomach for half an hour each. once you get a little practice, it is easy to do for the technique, you can get the books or CD/VCD/DVD or get some training through a yoga teacher or get maximum info thro' google or search 'swami ramdev'. peace & regards cnbutterfield <cnbutterfield wrote: physical ailments have always been present in my body. i've had herpes 1 and gotten cold sores since i was a very young child. i have severe scalp flaking, redness, soreness and itching that developed sometime in my teenage yrs; mild eczema patches on various parts of my body; liver, kidney and gall bladder blockage confirmed separately by an iridologist, reflexologist and ionic footbath. and for the last 9 mths or so i've been having symptoms of a UTI but all the tests come back clean. the docs say it might be IC which is newly recognized incurable bladder condition that requires years of drug therapy and they arent even sure what exactly the drug does. i've reached a point of acceptance and now try to look at things metaphorically to see what harmful emotions i can release and what lessons i can learn. i've been grounding myself and concentrating on opening the lower chakras and it's been very helpful. on the other hand, i'm tired of feeling vaguely unhealthy. i'm frustrated that my quality of life is being affected. i want to be healthy and vibrant. i've tried a strict natural diet, though to be honest i couldn't do it for more than two weeks. i am physically active and get plenty of rest, i drink lots of water, i have a clear purpose and meaning in my life, and feel i'm doing pretty well for myself, except for these sort of vague and misunderstood health issues w/ no clear cause or solution. does anyone have a suggestion as to a product i can use that will help w/ these various issues? something that addresses them all would be convenient. or perhaps a guided meditation. anything really? thanks in advance, chas I AM THAT HARI
Guest guest
thank you very much for the breathing exercise suggestions! i believe this will help very much, as i've been looking for a practical way to approach daily meditation. i'll start tomorrow morning , mulchandani harry <mulchandani_24 wrote: > > hello chas, > i have also undergone a group of similar type health problems. the only way i have gained totally is by deep breathing or 'pranayams, such as 'kapal bhati and ;anulom vilom' these two are very important for total recovery of body and mind health and you will feel happy. but each type of deep breathing, you will have to do every day early morniing, empty stomach for half an hour each. once you get a little practice, it is easy to do for the technique, you can get the books or CD/VCD/DVD or get some training through a yoga teacher or get maximum info thro' google or search 'swami ramdev'. > peace & regards > > cnbutterfield <cnbutterfield wrote: > physical ailments have always been present in my body. i've had > herpes 1 and gotten cold sores since i was a very young child. i have > severe scalp flaking, redness, soreness and itching that developed > sometime in my teenage yrs; mild eczema patches on various parts of my > body; liver, kidney and gall bladder blockage confirmed separately by > an iridologist, reflexologist and ionic footbath. > > and for the last 9 mths or so i've been having symptoms of a UTI but > all the tests come back clean. the docs say it might be IC which is > newly recognized incurable bladder condition that requires years of > drug therapy and they arent even sure what exactly the drug does. > > i've reached a point of acceptance and now try to look at things > metaphorically to see what harmful emotions i can release and what > lessons i can learn. i've been grounding myself and concentrating on > opening the lower chakras and it's been very helpful. > > on the other hand, i'm tired of feeling vaguely unhealthy. i'm > frustrated that my quality of life is being affected. i want to be > healthy and vibrant. > > i've tried a strict natural diet, though to be honest i couldn't do it > for more than two weeks. i am physically active and get plenty of > rest, i drink lots of water, i have a clear purpose and meaning in my > life, and feel i'm doing pretty well for myself, except for these sort > of vague and misunderstood health issues w/ no clear cause or solution. > > does anyone have a suggestion as to a product i can use that will help > w/ these various issues? something that addresses them all would be > convenient. or perhaps a guided meditation. anything really? > > thanks in advance, > chas I AM THAT > HARI > > >
