Guest guest
Does anyone know of a multivitamin that is a small pill and easy to swallow? My mom has problems swallowing regular size vitamins. At this point it doesn't even have to be " natural " ...she would even try a regular vitamin even if it's just to start off with. She is desperate. Thanks for any help. Guest guest
Could you give her a green drink mix? There are some good whole food organic ones that would supply all the vitamin and trace minerals including enzymes.
