just sharing some tips I read in an article this morning. Have a great weekend

all!

" Feel totally relaxed with orange! Next time you're anxious, breathe in the

aroma of oranges! Austrian neurologists found that women who were jittery about

a dental appointment calmed down instantly when the scent was piped into the

waiting room. Scientists believe the scent triggers the release of serotonin, a

brain chemical that promotes comfort and relaxation. "

" Ace anything with lime! 'The scent of lime stimulates the trigeminal nerve,

the part of the brain that governs concentration and helps you become more alert

and wake. That gives you the get-up-and-go to do anything better. In fact, when

typists worked in a room scented with lime, they made half as many mistakes and

reported feeling more alert. "

" Get an instant pick-me-up with mango! Its tropical aroma instantly make you

feel more alert. In fact, a hotel in Miami uses the scent to ease traveler jet

lag, and some stores us the scent to energize shoppers so they buy more!

Scientists say the scent reminds us of an island, so we instantly feel happier. "

" Shed pounds effortlessly with tangerine! Just a whiff of this citrus fruit

has been shown to help you feel more satisfied and less hungry. And you can

compound the effect by eating a few wedges:

Pectin--the type of fiber found in the white part of the tangerine---expands

in your stomach, making you feel full longer even if you haven't eaten much.

To get the benefit: Sniff the essential oil before meals to curb your

appetite. (Singer/Actress)Jennifer Lopez says she relied on the trick

pre-pregnancy to help her eat less. "

Thanks for posting this. I have started using scents, fragrances and

aromatherapy in my house, on my person, and in my daily life and I think it has

made a difference. I have been buying essential oils and using alone or in

mixtures and making everything from my own deodorants, to sprays, reed oil

infusions, etc. It is amazing what a whiff of a pleasant scent can do.
