Guest guest
Your greatest power is your thoughts. All of your abilities become enhanced with the simple thought, " I can. " Self-instructions are critical in the development of a successful routine, and when you continually think, " I can, " over an extended period of time, you will definitely advance. This is part of a success-oriented mindset. The key, however, is to avoid all counterproductive thoughts, like why you will fail or why you can't get ahead. Your mind will go to work and make whatever you concentrate on become reality. Surround yourself with as many positive influences as possible. Your subconscious will accept this and naturally provide you with whatever it takes to move ahead. With a little help, you can easily develop a routine that will continually achieve. To reach the point of convincing your mind, however, may take a little work. Your thoughts may revert to negativity. You may get side-tracked. Sometimes it's difficult to stay on point because counterproductive thoughts just keep reappearing. That's where a little perseverance, patience, and knowing what to do ( like conditioning yourself to refocus on constructive thoughts ) really pays off. You " just know " that by continually doing the right things, good things are going to occur -- and they do. Once your mind is convinced that success will be achieved, it just happens! You almost can't help it ! Overtime, successes really do take place over and over again. Things just keep happening that are so amazing ; it becomes hard to believe what's going on in your life. You've reached the " zone. " You get a " I-just-can't-wait-to-get-up-in-the-morning " feeling. Having success-oriented thought patterns become automatic. Momentum builds, excitement grows, and life is really good. http://www.successisaroutine.com/1YouCanDo.html
