Bipoloar, anger and depression post

Hi- for the person who wanted a repost...

it may have been me-who posted it before,

I have a blog and I specialize in the effects of repressed emotions-

specifically anger and how it " reinvents " itself-

Like a chameleon, it tries to hide and disguise...

You can check my blog out here-I also have this one on bipolar and

relate it to anger...

This is my blog on mental illness-

It is called the Umbrella of Mental Illness

and it looks at bipolar disorder and a few others in

Aurore,

 

I'm not the one who asked for it, but thank you for

this info. I think I have a lot of repressed emotions

that, at some point, I will need to work through. I

know it's really bad but my line of thinking is I'd

rather push it aside so I don't have to deal with my

feelings cause frankly I'm afraid that if I have to

deal with it I might just end up as a crying heap on

the floor. Lovely eh?

 

Yes I am trying to get up the courage to find a

counselor to discuss this with, but it's hard. Anyhow

I digress, I guess I should find a board to talk about

stuff like this. Anyone know one?
