Hi Jim, smart move!

I have heard good things about Solgar.

Dr Bate, who heads the " Orthomolecular " list, swears by Solgar 75,

whatever that is.

As for me and my house, we gave up on isolates years ago.

I eat 2 grams of AFA (bluegreen algae) daily, and that gives

me vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, amino acids and Essential Fatty

Acids, all in a super absorbable form that my body knows what to do

with.

Remember that fish oil is just concentrated algae oil.

Jim,

I have switched over to Shaklee Vitalizer formula giving me the

right nutrients, to the right place, at the right time.

12 patents and 2 patents pending on their SMART delivery system

means you can't find it anywhere else.

Over 50 years and many clinical studies later this formula of 80 bio-

optimzed clinically proven nutrients provides the best spectrum of

vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, anti-aging, phytonutrients, omega-

3 fatty acids and probiotics ever.

I feel much more energized, healthier and all have no mood swings.

Hope this info helps you decide and consider your options.

Carlene
