Guest guest
Hi Chris, you asked about what I used scullcap for. I bought it recently as a result of the posting that it was good for arthritis and inflammation, I also use it at night as a sleep aid. It also has uses for anxiety/mood disorders, phobias, etc. Jean
Guest guest
chris: i use a variety of dried herbs in my cooking and as infusions. skull cap has not had and sedative effects on the body in our 3 years of usage. it does as the name suggests, calm the mind which is fantastic if you are going to bed with a head full ideas / troubles. there are more than likely other benefits and uses for this herb. i just do not know / use it for them hamish , " Jean " <fjd2002 wrote: > > Hi Chris, you asked about what I used scullcap for.
