So keep your immune system in shape -- get a full 8 hours sleep every night, do not abuse caffeine or other stimulant drugs, drink lots of fresh clean water, avoid artificial foods like artificial sweeteners, MSG, etc., eat foods you prepare (rather than meals in a can or box) from non-GMO produce & meat from animals not doesed up witrh antibiotics and growth hormones, have a healthy diet, don't use chemicals around the home (clenaers, bug poisons, etc.) which can mess up the humans who use them, etc. The same good advice for avoiding most problems. The other thing you can do is to write congress and demand that the AIDS Dissident Researchers got lots of funding to continue their work. The people making huge money from the HIV/AIDS model do not want an alternative model, so funding is hard to come by seeking out alternatives.
