Guest guest
Can anyone recommend a natural supplement or herb that will lower high blood pressure? I really want to stay away from meds.

Guest guest
Dear ___, I think you need to know the cause of the high blood pressure and also ascertain the damage it may have already caused, first. The herbs usually tried for high BP in my part of the world are Rawolfia Serpentina and Passiflora Incarnata (more of a sedative). But remember,I am no doctor. Please consult a herbalist on the issue. Regards, Jagannath. , " oohthisloveis " <oohthisloveis wrote: > > Can anyone recommend a natural supplement or herb that will lower high > blood pressure?
