Controlling High blood pressure naturally

Dear ___,

 

I think you need to know the cause of the high blood pressure and

also ascertain the damage it may have already caused, first.

 

The herbs usually tried for high BP in my part of the world are

Rawolfia Serpentina and Passiflora Incarnata (more of a sedative).

 

But remember,I am no doctor. Please consult a herbalist on the issue.

I have had good success with potassium, magnesium,

coQ10 and taurine supplementation to combat high blood

pressure. cheryl
