Guest guest
Hi Mary Anne, Have you seen a MD already to rule out an underlying disease? Have a look here http://www.wrongdiagnosis.com/sym/hair_loss.htm#possible I think all of us have periods when we loose more hair. What did help me at one such time was juicing (veggies, fruits...). But get a medical opinion first to see if you don't have a problem. Cheers, Yannic
Guest guest
Dear Mary Anne, I can only report my experience: after my first child was born, my hair came out in handfuls. Stress seemed to be the problem, at that time B12 shots were used and a light at the Dermatologist offfice was used on my head .. Years later I found out that falling hair is a sign of low thyroid, and then that was added. I got into Adele Davis' books and found B complex at least 50 mgs of that and all around vitamins, put me back together again along with the natural Armour thyroid. Synthetic stuff didn't do what it should have in my case. Hope this helps..ng - " mary_anne_tibay " <mary_anne_tibay Friday, April 07, 2006 3:10 AM Falling Hair > Do you know any treatment for falling hair? Guest guest
What is natural Armour thyroid -- I have only heard of the synthroid prescribed by docs. Thank you.
