Guest guest
Can anyone give me some help as to what I can use for my thinning hair to thicken it up a little. I've been under alot of major stress for the last couple of years and it has taken it's toll especially on my hair. Would appreciate any suggestions anyone has. Thanks, Ann Mod. Note: Hair thinning concievably could be but is probably not the " disease " , but a symptom of something else.)
Guest guest
Ann, lots of B vitamins thickened up my hair. It takes a few months to notice the effect, and then it just keeps happening. You're using up a lot of your B vitamins in response to your stress, so when you start taking more, you'll notice your mood improving also.
