Common sense says we must take the following steps to ensure our children stay healthy; 1. Give organic food to children. 2. Include plenty of raw salads/roughage and fresh unsweetened fruit juices in their diet. Strictly avoid refined foods. 3. Force them to drink plenty of water. Give a glass of lukewarm lemon water immediately after they get up in the morning. Add a little honey if possible. 4. Do not allow them to gorge on fast food. 5. Check children for worms. This problem induces them to eat continuously. 6. Give company to children, else they feel lonely and find comfort in food. 7. Force them to play outside instead of sitting in front of the computer/TV. 8. The homeopathic remedies Calcarea, Graphites etc. work wonders to reduce fat. Check up with the local homeopath. Thuja will usually do away with the side effects of vaccinations.Try reflexology for weight loss. 9. Train them in toilet habits so they don't develop constipation. 10 Do not allow your doctor to use his psychiatric drugs on the kids.
