Guest guest
Hello, JP, Have you ever considered trying non-gmo lecithin (Fern Labs) to lower your numbers, along with garlic capsuls? An older friend of mine had success with that combination. ng
Guest guest
Hi Nora I've taken non-GMO lecithin for a while, in the past (I believe it was from the NOW supplement co.) . I've gotten away from using it recently In an effort to obtain Choline, I fell into the trap of getting it from what is probably a GMO source, but will quit this when I use up the bottle. I gave up trying to find organically obtained lecithin. I've not followed the talk about lecithin, so I don't remember that it was able to lower blood pressures, which I assume is what you're talking about. I don't think you could be talking about lowering my cholesterol, which is already below an acceptable level, even for Ornish, who puts the ideal number at 150. I've resumed taking a full dose of Lo Pressor, which has been placed at 50mg, 2X daily; a dose I tried to stop taking entirely, with some success, for a while, but have had to to go back and take the full dose once more, because I haven't managed my heart problems very well recently. In any case, thanks for the advice. I'll get back to non-gmo Lecithin as soon as my current bottle of choline runs out. I'm not acquainted with the FERN LABS co., and will quickly locate them on the web. best wishes jp - Nora Gottlieb Friday, March 31, 2006 7:58 PM chloresteral..
