Guest guest
Hi Heddy, I would suggest enamel -on-steel,or if you can afford it enamel -iron, or high temperature glass. Some folks have problems even with stainles steel because of the zinc used in the mix of the steel. I love my enameld pots AND you can find great colors and designs. Color in the kitchen is *a good thing*...Nora
Guest guest
AWESOME tips! Thank you so very much. So by enamel you mean like the famous " Le Creuset " ? My friend has a whole beautiful set (LOVE the color) and likes them but says they are all stained inside and she can't just can't remove the stains. I don't think I would mind too much about that if I knew I was not leaching chemicals (like with Teflon) or cooking in anything that could hurt (like aluminum can) anyone in my family. Thanks again!
